Hi. My name is Chris Malachowski and I would like to welcome you to my website. Although you are probably here to browse my latest listings, I would also like to take a little bit of time to tell you about myself, since we here at Hunt feel it is important to get know and trust the person with whom you have chosen to represent you in your commercial dealings.

As you may have noticed, a majority of my listings are in the city of Buffalo itself. The reason for this is because I feel it is important for myself, as an agent, to have not only an intricate knowledge of the market and market conditions but also understand the intangibles of the area of your particular expertise - the underlying moods and currents of the various neighborhoods that make up your territory.

I have been a city resident for 14 years running, beginning upon my return from St.John Fisher College in Pittsford, New York. I first fell in love with the urban life, particularly the Elmwood Avenue area, as a teenager attending Canisius High School. Coming into the city from Williamsville was somewhat of a shock for me back then, but now green mohawks, street musicians, and endless amounts of colorful people and sights are the norm in my city life and I would have it no other way.

Later on, although I didn’t know it then, a bartending career in the downtown area would also help me later in my real estate career. Not only did I learn the lay of the land, but it doesn’t hurt serving drinks to upstanding (and not so upstanding) members of business and government on a regular basis. It’s a great way to not only meet people but also collect a few interesting stories along the way, but after a few years of that particular line work one gets tired of working until 4 a.m. and rarely seeing the sun. It became obvious that there needed to be a change.

Although there is nothing easy about making a living at commercial real estate, I have found it to be the most rewarding experience of my life. I hope that my unconditional passion for the industry may somehow translate into renewed interest and growth in our fine city. If you are, in fact, looking to purchase or sell commercial real estate in the city of Buffalo I would look forward to helping you in your endeavor and using my passion for our city to make your experience with Hunt a smooth and prosperous one. You will find no one more dedicated to this cause.

Thank you again for visiting my website and please feel free to call with any questions or comments.
