Chris Malachowski

Chris joined Hunt Commercial Real Estate in November, 2001 after working for years in the local entertainment and restaurant scene. An enthusiastic advocate for the City of Buffalo, Mr. Malachowski is focusing on the leasing and selling of urban properties, especially those of historical significance. He is a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors and the primary firm representative to the Buffalo Niagara Partnership. Chris was named “Rookie of the Year” at Hunt Commercial in 2002 and claimed the distinction of being the “Most Improved Agent” in 2003, when he ranked among the top five agents in total sales, a level he again achieved in 2004, 2005 and 2006.

Mr. Malachowski is a 1985 graduate of Canisius High School and a 1989 alumnus of St. John Fisher College with a double major in English and Communications. He enjoys many sports, especially hockey, which he has played for the majority of his life. Chris also is a singer /guitarist in a local rock’n’roll band and an avid traveler.
