Kristin Badger-Bach , CCIM, is an office and industrial specialist with HUNT Commercial Real Estate Corporation. She has a background in international strategic marketing, public relations, and publishing in the arts, law and health sciences. Prior to joining HUNT Commercial, she served as director of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership's Buffalo Development Council focusing on regulatory issues affecting economic development in the city of Buffalo; general manager of strategic planning for the pharmaceutical consulting firm, Kikaku America International, U.S. subsidiary to PharMa International, Japan; executive producer of the Yamanouchi Medical Education Video Series; and, editor-in-chief of the Washington Update, a leading analytical resource on Federal health care regulation affecting the development and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Mrs. Badger-Bach is the current president of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, Western New York Chapter also serving on the Board of Governors of the State Association; National Association of Realtors; Rotary Club of Buffalo; and, Working for Downtown. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics from the State University of New York Empire State College and is a Certified Member of the CCIM Institute.
