Patrick Downs , a licensed real estate agent, recently joined Hunt Commercial Real Estate. Patrick graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Graphic Design from State University College at Buffalo, New York. After spending some time working in Buffalo, Patrick knew that he was meant to move back to Syracuse New York were he grew up. Along with working in commercial real estate, Patrick is also the Account Executive / Art Director / Editor for Table Hopping Newspaper, a hospitality based free paper located in the Syracuse area. Working so closely with the hospitality clients Patrick found it an easy transition to the real estate side of transactions. He
