Hunt Commercial History
Founded in 1911, by Charles Stanley Hunt, HUNT Business Agency concentrated primarily on the selling of farms and rural property. Over the years, and through the guidance of three generations of the Hunt family, HUNT Real Estate Corporation evolved into a diversified real estate services company, consisting of a residential real estate brokerage division, a mortgage origination subsidiary (Devere Capital), and a full service insurance brokerage company (HUNT Vanner Agency). In 2002 the two companies rejoined to strengthen the synergy between residential and commercial and to better serve our commercial clients’ needs by utilizing the vast resources each division had to offer.
