John Manzano
John A. Manzano recently joined Hunt Commercial Real Estate in December 2008. John was born in Washington D.C. and had been a resident of the Maryland / Washington Metropolitan area for over forty years. In 2006 John relocated from Maryland to Solvay / Syracuse New York to be among family and extended relatives in the area. John currently holds a New York State Real Estate License, as a licensed agent. John also holds the professional designation “GRI” (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), which is comprised of a comprehensive series of courses covering various areas of real estate. John’s extensive background includes ten years of real estate market valuation of income producing properties (Commercial, Retail, Office and small Industrial properties), also land development; plus residential sales training.
His technical background includes Architectural Drafting Technology from Maryland Drafting Institute, as well as a certified operator of AutoCAD, drafting program (750 hours) at OCM BOCES in Liverpool, New York. He has completed several courses in Construction Management from Maryland Community College, and holds a B.S. Degree in Printing Management from West Virginia Institute of Technology. John’s Technical and managerial background will prove useful in handling foreseeable problems, and expediting business matters.
