Prior to his joining HUNT Commercial Real Estate in 2002, Craig attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, majoring in Architecture and Environmental Design. Craig also spent his time prior to his career at HUNT Commercial Real Estate working in the airline industry as a Station Supervisor. His duties included supervision, customer service and administration. Craig has been able to merge his educational background and work experience with his real estate career to offer his clients a set of services not typically found in most commercial real estate specialists. Craig understands what it means to offer superior service with the knowledge to back it up.

In 2004, Craig was recognized as HUNT Commercial’s “Most Improved Agent” and more recently in 2007 and 2008, Craig was recognized as the first runner-up to the “Top Sales Agent in the Company” Award. Craig’s unique qualifications and knowledge have been reflected by his being selected in critical assignments as the Exclusive Representative of the Roswell Park Cancer Institute, M&T Bank, HUNT Real Estate ERA, North Tonawanda City School District and the Lackawanna City School District; as well as The Salvation Army’s Exclusive Regional Representative and the Exclusive National Representative for Amazing Space Storage. Craig has facilitated transactions ranging from 1,400 square feet to 210,000 square feet throughout his time at HUNT Commercial.

As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Craig was part of the planning committee for the ICSC’s first Alliance Program meeting in Western New York and uses ICSC’s extraordinary networking events to push his clients retail needs. Craig is also a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
