Colleen Brennan
HUNT Commercial Real Estate welcomes their first GREEN designated REALTORS®, Colleen Brennan, to the HUNT Commercial team.
As a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in New York State, Ms. Brennan is responsible for real estate brokerage and development, marketing and new business initiatives. Her 15 years of expertise span every aspect of the industry from owner/tenant representation to negotiating business contracts and title insurance. Adding to her strengths is expertise as a sales and marketing representative for a Fortune 300 Title Insurance Company where she sold and managed commercial and residential sales volume totaling more than 50 million. In addition she has extensive experience in local and national broadcasting, advertising and marketing. Ms. Brennan’s comprehensive background allows her to anticipate trends well ahead of the curve, putting her in tune with clients and their needs, and ensuring a seamless approach to real estate sales, leasing and development from land procurement to building occupancy. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/International Relations from Canisius College, Buffalo, NY. Colleen also holds a dual license with HUNT Real Estate ERA residential office in Orchard Park.
Before joining HUNT Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Brennan worked as a Business Development Manager for McGuire Development Company, responsible for the creation and implementation of business strategies for clients of the Real Estate Services Group, including new-build developments and brokerage services. She also worked at First American Title Insurance Company of New York as a Senior Title Insurance Marketing Representative where she helped many real estate attorneys through contract negotiations and execution. She represents a level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction that has enabled her to establish long-term business partnerships with customers, providing an extensive network of contacts and referral sources.
