The Esperanza Mansion on Keuka Lake, a 28,000 sq ft 5 year lease at Kodak Tower Commons at Building 10 and much more.
Eric’s education includes a BS and MS degrees both from RIT. They have formed his personable and professional character, as well as his ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
The scoop on Eric: Along with holding WSET Wine and Spirits certifications, he also holds residential industry designations; ABR, CBR, CNE, SFR, SRES, SRS. He is working on an 8 course Designation, GRI.
His past work experience includes Walt Disney World, Wegmans, Marriott, New York Wine and Culinary Center and more. Eric has officiated high school football and baseball for several years. He served on the Rochester NYSCAR Board of Directors until December 2020. Previously serving on the GRAR Technology Committee.
